Mr. Smith has 15 years of operational experience in the maritime and offshore sector with over 2000 days served in various roles aboard oceangoing vessels. He holds a USCG credential as Master, an Executive MBA specialized in Maritime and Offshore from BI Norwegian Business School and a B.Sci in Natural Resources and Environmental Management from University of Hawaii.
